Screen printing is a labour-intensive printing technique in which a screen printing frame is made for each colour of your design. We apply UV-sensitive liquid to each aluminium screen printing frame. After that, we place a dark film in the form of your design colour on that liquid.
The liquid around the film is exposed to UV rays, which hardens it. The liquid covered by the film remains soft and can easily be washed away afterwards. Finally, at the location where the film was located, we apply the colours one by one in the correct order. This explains why it’s a very qualitative way to print clothing.
