Can I order unprinted textiles?<\/h2>\n <\/div>\n
\n Absolutely! You can order unprinted textiles via our webshop. <\/div>\n <\/div>\n

Is there a minimum number of textile pieces per order?<\/h2>\n <\/div>\n
\n For both textile printing and embroidery, there is a minimum of 10 pieces per design. This may vary depending on textile choice, dimensions and colours. <\/div>\n <\/div>\n

What is the delivery time?<\/h2>\n <\/div>\n
\n The average delivery time varies between 10 to 12 working days after approval of the order confirmation, the digital design and subject to textile availability. <\/div>\n <\/div>\n

Can I supply my own textiles to be printed or embroidered?<\/h2>\n <\/div>\n
\n Yes, this is possible. Just keep in mind that we have to charge a small processing fee for this. <\/div>\n <\/div>\n

How do I submit my files?<\/h2>\n <\/div>\n
\n We prefer to receive vector files in Illustrator (.ai, .eps or .pdf formats). Make sure the files are formatted in PMS (Pantone) colours. In addition, it is essential to convert fonts to outlines and include the corresponding font. You can send the files by e-mail. If the file is too large for e-mail, we recommend using our WeTransfer link: https:\/\/alfashirt.wetransfer.com. <\/div>\n <\/div>\n

What should I do if I do not have vector files?<\/h2>\n <\/div>\n
\n If you do not have vector files, we can convert the files for you. Please note that a drawing cost per logo will be charged for this. <\/div>\n <\/div>\n

How can I pay when I collect my order?<\/h2>\n <\/div>\n
\n When picking up your order, we offer the following payment options: Bancontact or cash (cash). <\/div>\n <\/div>\n

Can I come to your store for a fitting?<\/h2>\n <\/div>\n
\n Yes you can, but only by appointment. This can be made via the form on our contact page.\n\nWe present an extensive collection in our showroom. However, if you are looking for a specific article or size, we cannot guarantee immediate availability. In that case, custom sizes can be ordered. Please note that ordered fitting sizes cannot be returned. We will either incorporate them later in your order or they will be invoiced separately. \n We offer different decoration methods: embroidery, DTG (Direct To Garment), digital transfer printing and screen printing. \n Yes, additional orders are possible, but there is a minimum order quantity of 10 pieces. Bear in mind that a start-up fee is charged for each additional order. Please contact us for more information. <\/div>\n <\/div>\n
